What format are the files?
The manual and every single document are Microsoft Word .docx files you can edit freely. The forms are fillable PDFs you can type into, print or save. Everything downloads in one .zip file.
How do I make the manual my own?
Use the free brand-it step after checkout: type your company name and upload your logo, and you get a Word file with your name throughout and your logo on the cover and in the header. When Word asks to update the fields as the file opens, click Yes so the table of contents refreshes. You can also replace COMPANY NAME yourself with Find and Replace.
Does the manual include forms?
Yes. Every manual comes with fillable forms, the Implementation Kit (8 tools, from a quick-start guide and 30/60/90-day checklist to an audit-readiness self-check) and 52 toolbox talks for your trade.
Is each manual written for one province?
Yes. Each manual is written for one province and one trade and cites that province's health and safety legislation. We sell 120 manuals across 9 provinces and territories. If you work in two provinces, add a second province to your order at a reduced price.
What does it cost?
Manuals are $499 CAD, ISNetworld RAVS written programs and safe work practices are $9 CAD each, and NSC programs are $99 CAD. You pay once; there is no subscription.
What if a file is not what the page showed?
Refund within 30 days if the file does not match the contents shown on its page.
Can I download my files again later?
Yes. Sign in with your email (we send a one-time sign-in link, no password) and every file you have bought is there to download again, as often as you need.
Will this help with prequalification and audits?
Yes. When a client, prequalification platform or auditor asks for your written health and safety program, this is it: policies, safe work practices, an emergency response plan and the forms to show the work is being done, ready to put your name on.
