Every product page shows what is inside before you buy. If the file you download does not match it, you get your money back.

Our 30-day contents promise
If a file you bought does not match the contents published on its product page (for example, a section, safe work practice, form or document listed on the page is missing from the file), email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund that product in full.
To ask for a refund, email info@quicksafetycompliance.com with your order number and a short note on what does not match. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
Files that will not download or open
If a download fails or a file will not open, email us and we will send a working copy. You can also download it again at any time from your account.
Unlimited re-downloads
Every file you buy stays in your account. Sign in with the email you used at checkout (we send you a sign-in link, no password) and download it again whenever you need it, for as long as the store runs. Files you personalised with the free brand-it step are kept there too.
Digital products
Our products are digital files delivered the moment you pay. Apart from the contents promise above, and anything required by law, purchases are final once the file has been delivered. Please read the full contents shown on each product page before you buy.
Questions
Do I need to delete the file after a refund?
Yes. A refund ends your licence to use that file, so please delete every copy.
Can I get a refund for a bundle?
Yes, on the same terms: if a file in the bundle does not match the contents published for it, email us within 30 days.
