1. Who we are

Quick Safety Compliance sells downloadable health and safety document templates for Canadian businesses. The seller is 1937324 AB Ltd., operating as Quick Safety Compliance. You can reach us at info@quicksafetycompliance.com.

2. Your licence

When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• download, open, edit and print the files;
• add your company name, logo and details, and change the content to fit your workplace;
• use the result as your own health and safety program, and share it with your workers, clients, prequalification platforms and auditors.

One purchase covers one business (one legal entity and its own workplaces). You may not resell, sublicense, publish or give away the templates, in their original or edited form, as templates or as part of a product or service you offer to other businesses.

3. Placing an order

At checkout you see the products, the tax for your province and the total before you pay. By placing your order you agree to these terms and our refund policy. Your order is confirmed when payment goes through, and your receipt is emailed to you.

4. Prices and payment

Prices in Canadian dollars. Tax calculated at checkout. Prices shown are the everyday price; there are no struck-through or temporary prices. Payment is taken by card at checkout and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Delivery and re-downloads

Digital products are delivered as a download as soon as payment is confirmed, and a link is emailed to you. Every file you buy stays in your account so you can download it again, signed in with a link sent to your email, for as long as the store runs. Keep a copy of your files on your own systems as well.

The free brand-it step creates a personalised copy of a manual you bought, using the company name and logo you provide.

6. Refunds

If a file does not match the contents shown on its product page, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Full details are in our refund policy.

7. Using the templates

Our templates are written to help businesses build a health and safety program, and they reference occupational health and safety legislation. They are not legal advice. Legislation changes and every workplace is different: you are responsible for reviewing the content, completing it for your own operations, putting it into practice and keeping it up to date. The safety information in these templates does not take precedence over applicable legislation.

Buying a template does not certify your business or guarantee any audit, certification or prequalification result. Those decisions are made by the certifying body, client or platform involved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

9. Your account and the website

Keep access to the email address you sign in with. Do not try to break, overload or copy the website or its catalogue in bulk. We may update the website, products and these terms; the version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.

10. Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not take away any consumer protection rights you have under the law of the province where you live.
