ISNetworld RAVS checklist: written programs ready for review
To get ISNetworld written programs ready for review, start from the list your hiring client has marked as required in your account, get each program for the province where the work happens, put your company name and details in every one, make sure each matches how you actually work, then upload them. If a reviewer sends back a deficiency, fix that section and resubmit. Our RAVS written programs are editable Word documents for $9 CAD each, written for Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario or Canada-wide practice.

The checklist
- Log in and list the written programs your client has marked as required for the work you do for them.
- Note the province where the work happens; each program is reviewed against that province's legislation.
- Get one program per required topic for that province.
- Replace COMPANY NAME and add your logo in every program.
- Read each program and change anything that does not match your company: role titles, equipment, who does what.
- Check the programs agree with your safety manual; a reviewer or client may read both.
- Sign and date where the program asks for it, then save a PDF copy of each version you upload.
- Upload, then watch for deficiencies and keep a note of what you changed.
When a program comes back with deficiencies
Read the reviewer's note carefully: it usually points to a specific requirement the program does not show. Change that section so the requirement is stated plainly, keep the rest as it is, and resubmit. Keep the earlier version, so you can see what changed if the same note comes back.

Questions
Do RAVS programs replace a safety manual?
No. RAVS programs answer ISNetworld's topic-by-topic review; the manual is your whole health and safety program. The Complete Program bundles pair both: Alberta $699, British Columbia $649 and Saskatchewan $649.
Will every program be accepted first time?
No document can promise that. Reviewers check each program against the regulation and your client's requirements, and some clients add requirements of their own. Programs that are tailored to your company and agree with your manual give you the best start.
